At MCG, I led data-driven initiatives to boost performance and ROI for our clients, guiding a large multifunctional team through KPI re-engineering and the integration of new systems and technology for transformative results. My work extended to a leading global finance firm and multiple technology companies, where I directed HR system projects, employing advanced modeling for innovative solutions and reporting enhancements.

Seeking to deepen my expertise, I completed a Data Science Bootcamp, enhancing my proficiency in VBA, Python, SQL, Tableau, Plotly, JavaScript, D3, Matlab, HTML, CSS, and APIs. I excelled in managing large datasets, data cleaning, web scraping, and employing visualization tools for insightful analysis. I earned my Master of Science in Business Analytics from NYU in 2019.

In my free time, I immerse myself in Data Science and Technology podcasts, enjoy running, video games, spending time with dogs, and watching Sci-Fi shows.
